Aurashu launched the "First Day of Work Training", making every effort to "restore" and strengthen the safety production defense line.

With diligent efforts, spring comes early. It is the right time to strive. To ensure the safe and orderly resumption of work and production after the holiday, and to further enhance the safety awareness of all staff and strengthen the responsibility for safety production, on the afternoon of February 25th, Aurashu organized the heads of various departments and workshops to carry out the theme activity of "The First Lesson of the New Year's Start - Building a Solid Safety Line", laying a solid foundation for the safety work of the new year. Xiong Guantun, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Xiongguantun Sub-district, Xiang Renming, the deputy director of the Sub-district Office, and Shi Zhenyu, the Party Secretary and General Secretary of Aurashu, participated. 

The Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union of the group, Shi Zhenyu, delivered a mobilization speech, demanding that all staff members quickly adjust their mindset, refocus, and truly align their thoughts and actions with the safety production work. With a sense of "always being preoccupied with worry", they should handle the safety production work in their hands, keep it in their hearts, and implement it in their actions, ensuring that the entire year's work "starts well and makes a good beginning". 

Xing Enming, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Songguantun Sub-district, delivered a speech. He emphasized that safety production is the lifeline of enterprises and an unbreakable red line. He urged everyone to deeply understand the significance of the "first lesson of the new year", overcome the common "holiday syndrome" and the mentality of complacency and slackness after the holiday, and put in their best efforts to engage in the new year's production work. 

Group safety specialist Niu Sen conducted a special training session for the participants based on the theme of "The First Class of Commencement". He outlined the key directions for the new year's safety production work from aspects such as "risk identification, management of dangerous operations, hazard investigation, and on-site management". The participants also watched a safety education and warning film collectively. Through real cases, their safety awareness and bottom-line thinking were further strengthened, guiding them to deeply learn lessons and remain vigilant at all times. 

This "first lesson on starting work" is not only a safety refresher meeting, but also a meeting to reinforce responsibilities. In the coming steps, the group will continue to urge each workshop to strictly fulfill the main responsibility for safety production. It will always adhere to the principle of "no production without safety, and production only after safety", and strive to create a safe and stable production environment. With high-level safety guarantees, it will ensure the high-quality development of the group and provide support for achieving a "good start" in the new year.
