March brings warm spring sunshine, and women showcase their beauty. | Aurashu held a women's day symposium for female employees.

The gentle spring breeze caresses the face, the flowering season arrives as promised, and every bit of beauty is quietly brewing. On the eve of the 116th International Women's Day, a warm and heartfelt meeting for female employees was grandly launched in the Aurashu Conference Room, filled with warmth and care. 

On ordinary days, the female workers who are stationed in various positions gather together and chat about their lives. In this relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, laughter and joy blend together. Every bright smile and every sincere exchange are frozen into the most beautiful scenery of this spring. 

At the event site, the group's Party Secretary and Union President Shi Zhenyu, the Executive Vice President Mu Shupeng, the General Manager's Assistant and the Director of the Union Women's Committee Ren Yan had a cordial exchange with everyone and on behalf of the company, they extended festive greetings to all female employees. They highly praised the women for their "not inferior to men" spirit of taking on responsibilities silently at their posts. They also reminded them to take care of themselves during their busy work and to balance work and life, and to continue to shine brightly at their jobs. 

During the lively conversation, an exclusive surprise quietly emerged - the company's carefully prepared "lucky box" lottery event instantly enhanced the festive atmosphere and added a lot of fun. Everyone took out their phones to participate. As each prize was announced, the joy on everyone's faces was evident. Under the camera, smiling faces were bright and charming. This surprise was not only a festive blessing but also demonstrated the company's care for every female employee.

This event not only strengthened the bonds among female employees but also demonstrated the company's "people-oriented" value concept.
