Aurashu held the 2026 economic work conference and the 2025 annual summary and commendation meeting

On the afternoon of March 10th, the 2026 Economic Work Conference and 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Aurashu was grandly held in the conference room of the Group's Party Building and Culture Center. Group General Manager Yang Yong, Group Party Secretary Shi Zhenyu, Executive Vice President Mu Shipeng, Vice President Yu Jinrong, Vice President Yang Jinyou, Vice President Chu Yan Guo, Vice President Zhang Guanying, General Manager Assistant Kang Jinrong, and General Manager Assistant Ren Yan were seated on the dais. The main responsible persons of various departments and workshops of the group, as well as employee representatives, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Executive Vice President Mu Shipeng of the group. 

At the meeting, General Manager Yang Yong read out the "2026 Group Senior Management Appointment", and then, under the supervision of all the attendees, he and the senior management team conducted a solemn oath-taking ceremony for their positions.

The Party Secretary of the Group, Shi Zhenyu, read out the "Resolution on Commending the Outstanding Teams and Individuals of 2025" of Aurashu. Subsequently, the group leaders presented the banners and certificates of honor to the winning departments and individuals one by one.

The departments and representatives of the employees who received the awards successively took the stage to deliver their acceptance speeches. 

General Manager Yang Yong of the group delivered an important speech at the meeting. First, he expressed sincere gratitude to all the employees who had worked diligently over the past year, and congratulated the outstanding teams and individuals who had received commendations. When reviewing the work in 2025, Mr. Yang pointed out that in the face of a complex and challenging market environment, with the joint efforts of the board of directors and all employees, the group overcame difficulties and successfully achieved the set goals, demonstrating the enterprise's stable development resilience. When discussing the strategic plan for 2026, he emphasized that the group will unswervingly follow the path of high-quality development: externally, it will allocate resources, strengthen service support, and fully ensure market expansion and performance indicators; internally, it will improve coordination efficiency and management effectiveness through organizational restructuring and functional optimization; at the same time, it will adhere to market orientation, increase R&D investment, and introduce high-end talents, using product iteration and upgrading to forge core competitiveness. Mr. Yang hoped that everyone would continue to forge ahead bravely and steadily in 2026, and contribute to the comprehensive drawing of the group's new development blueprint. 

Mou Shibong, the executive vice president of the group, delivered a concluding speech, clearly stating that in 2026, the group will focus on the theme of "Building ecological value symbiosis and initiating new progress through collective innovation" to further promote reform and innovation, and strive to optimize the closed-loop system of symbiosis and win-win cooperation among various departments, divisions, the group, the market, and marketing elites. At the same time, the group will continue to rationally allocate resources, improve product quality, optimize the price system, and strengthen talent development. Mr. Mou called on all employees to follow the group's lead, unify their thoughts, and pool their efforts to achieve practical actions and drive the implementation of all tasks to be effective, and fully promote the high-quality development of the group to reach a new level. 

The conference came to a successful conclusion amid a burst of enthusiastic applause.
