2026 Texas–China–Egypt Trade Dialogue: Aurashu & AdwaMed Sign Cooperation Deal

On the afternoon of April 8th, the "2026 Dialogue on Dezhou - China (Dezhou) - Egypt Economic and Trade Exchange Conference and the Signing Ceremony of Aurashu and Egyptian AdwaMed Companies" was grandly held. A delegation from Egyptian AdwaMed Company, led by its chairman Said Hamuda, along with the Party Secretary and President of Dezhou Trade and Promotion Bureau Han Bing, the Party Committee Member and Deputy Director of Tianque New District Wang Jianguo, the Deputy Secretary of Dezhou Trade and Promotion Bureau Luo Dong, the Director of Trade Investment Department Gao Jingjing, and the General Manager of Asia-Pacific Group Yang Yong, all attended the event. 

Luo Dong, the vice president and a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Dezhou Council of Promoting International Trade, presided over the meeting. 

Wang Jianguo, a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Tianqu New District, delivered a speech. 

At the meeting, General Manager Yang Yong of the group introduced the development history of Aurashu, its core technological advantages, and the relevant information about cooperation with Egypt and the Middle East region. In his speech, Mr. Yang stated that the two civilizations of China and Egypt have a long history, and the thousand-year Silk Road has witnessed the friendly relations and trade exchanges between the two countries over generations. This signing of the contract with AdwaMed Company is not only the continuation and inheritance of the spirit of the Silk Road, but also a specific action in response to the "Belt and Road" initiative and to deepen international practical cooperation. Both China and Egypt will focus on in-depth collaboration in the fields of HVAC and purification air conditioning, fully integrating core advantages such as technology, resources, and market, and at the same time, contributing to the high-quality development of international cooperation and the opening-up and economic and social development of Dezhou. 

Sayed Hamada, the chairman of AdwaMed Company in Egypt, provided a detailed overview of the market environment and development potential in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa. He particularly analyzed the strong demand for medical purification equipment in the region. He stated that Aurashu's technical strength and product quality are in line with the regional market demands, and he is full of confidence and anticipation for the cooperation between the two parties. He is willing to take this cooperation as a starting point and jointly deepen the medical and health market in the Middle East and Africa, achieving common development. 

Subsequently, with the joint presence of all the guests, Aurashu and AdwaMed officially signed a project cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on the construction of clean environments in the medical and health sector in the Middle East and Africa. Relying on Aurashu's technological research and development and engineering service advantages, combined with AdwaMed's local market channels and resources, they will mainly explore cooperation scenarios such as medical purification engineering and energy-saving air conditioning systems, and build a complementary and mutually beneficial cooperation pattern. 

In recent years, Aurashu has actively responded to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and accelerated the implementation of its "going global" strategy. Its products and services have successfully covered multiple countries along the route, such as Thailand, Cambodia, and Indonesia, and it has accumulated rich overseas project experience and a good market reputation. This signing is an important step for the group to deepen its market layout in the Middle East and Africa region. It is also a vivid demonstration of the enterprise's active implementation of the concept of "connecting the inside and outside and promoting coordinated development" through practical actions. In the future, the group will take this cooperation as an opportunity to form a special service team, fully promote the implementation of the cooperation projects, and continue to deeply explore the Egyptian and Middle East and Africa markets by leveraging the local advantages of AdwaMed Company.
